For 15 years, we have been bringing people and companies together with evidence-based training, reliable services, and independent consulting.

With our 32-member international team, we integrate foreign professionals into Germany and connect them successfully and sustainably with companies in Germany. We work with people from all over the world and are also represented in Iran with our team. This is the country from which we recruit selected professionals. In addition, we have a robust network of partners and trusted individuals in Germany, Azerbaijan, Mongolia, and Vietnam.

Background

Experience shapes our essence. We look at ourselves to see others more clearly.

Founder and Managing Director of DIBeratung, Sören Faika, grew up in a Hamburg merchant family with 30 years of entrepreneurial experience. During his studies in Iranian Studies, where he regularly traveled and worked within Iran, he coordinated the procurement of raw materials from Iran for a German food producer and took on initial translation assignments from German to Persian in Iran. This was followed by journalistic contributions and specialist articles on Iran as well as lectures for companies and institutions in Germany.

From 2013, Sören Faika developed the Iran division for a German tour operator and built a team of German and Iranian tour guides. As the political situation eased through the nuclear negotiations and JCPOA, numerous seminars, lectures, travel organizations, and individual project consultations in various economic sectors in Germany and Iran emerged.

From 2017, the DIBeratung team grew continuously through experienced team players who strengthened DIBeratung with their various competencies. The focus was always on growing together as a trustworthy German-international team.

In 2018, DIBeratung became a GmbH.

In 2021, DIBeratung became a training center for the program "Partnering in Business with Germany" (formerly Manager Training Program) of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK).

Since 2022, DIB has established a comprehensive German learning environment to ensure sustainable German learning success.
